Mew Aww, now Mew's a character that just oozes cuteness. Another Jet Set Radio lady (I refuse to call it "Jet Grind...") I never used her much... being the avid Cube fan, but I love her design. This was done in Corel Painter with a kind of airbrushy, pastelly tool. |
